VALPLAST
Valplast Flexible Partial Dentures are more aesthetic and comfortable than cast metal partials. They are also an affordable alternative to fixed restorations. The strength of the material and resistance to chemical breakdown provide a long-lasting, virtually unbreakable partial. The flexibility and absence of attachments distribute stress evenly in the mouth.
There are design limitations with flexible partials. Please consult one of our trained technicians when considering more complex cases. The advantage that Apple has over other Valplast manufacturers is that we have the ability to add teeth to an existing Valplast denture.
ACRYLIC DENTURES
Acrylic dentures offer a functional alternative to partial castings and Valplast dentures. They are more affordable and can be easily added to or modified.
CHROME CASTINGS
Apple Dental Laboratory castings are made of chrome cobalt for retention, combined with tissue-coloured acrylic and replacement teeth.
Partial dentures are used when one or more natural teeth remain in the upper or lower arch. We can design the frame, or you can design it yourself on the order form or your diagnostic model. Frames are a long-lasting alternative to acrylic-only dentures. At Apple Dental, we can reduce the stress and coordinate all appointments.
OCCLUSAL SPLINT
Apple Occlusal Splints are thermoplastic and designed to open the bite and protect the dentition in either the upper or lower arches. Our splints are extremely comfortable, durable, and do not discolour or delaminate.
They can be worn during the day or at night to provide occlusal protection.
SPORTS MOUTHGUARD
Briteguard sports mouthguards fit precisely onto the teeth, have a secure fit, allow movement of the opposing jaw, and enable the wearer to breathe freely and speak normally. Briteguard offers a complete range of mouthguard types, designed for players of all ages and for all levels of competition, alongside an extensive range of colours and graphics.
ANTI-SNORE APPLIANCE
The MDSA® Appliance is a splint inserted into the patient’s mouth to reduce snoring and sleep apnoea in mild to moderate conditions.
